Refunds are issued only if the consultant did not provide the service as agreed.
No refund is issued if the patient did not attend their scheduled examination or consultation.
If you cancel an appointment 24 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund is issued. No refunds for last-minute cancellations.
If a session is disrupted due to technical issues on our side, we will offer a rescheduled session or a refund.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
